Project Manager for the North American Tour
Manager of the complete life cycle of the Touring Harry Potter Exhibition. Moving it from one city to another, dealing with all the needs required to load out, transport, modifications, themed exhibitions, maintenance, retrofit needs, and new creative content from conception to completion. Developing scope, schedule, budget, and everything needed to relocate the highly successful exhibit successfully.

An example of what it takes to move this exhibition is this space was in Phillidalphia with 18' ceilings, and to move it to Atlanta, it had to fit into a space with a 12' ceiling. Come back here in Nov. to see how I accomplished this modification.

I sourced and replaced the custom bedding and various props in the Cupboard under the stairs photo opportunity space within my 1st week with the company.

I worked with the vendor to create a more robust interactive Madrake experience so the unit could withstand the high volume of throughput in the space.

The Imagine Harry Potter Exhibition is moving to Atlanta and will open on October 21, 2022.

Universal Orlando - Universal Creative - Diagon Alley

Window Dressing Producer / Designer, Intellectual Property Coordinator of the Land & Attraction Producer / Assistant Designer for Team Member Wardrobe
(Please see DESIGN page for details) ,

This is one of my favorite coat designs for Diagon Alley. Here I am helping with the final dressing tweaks before a production shoot at Kings Cross station.

Here I am adding the finishing touches of the female team member wardrobe in Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour before the production shoot.
A proud moment in front of the Hogwarts's Express. I procured color call outs for the train inside & out, graphic files from the films that are used through out the train. I sourced hand dyed mohair for the seat fabrics in the compartments as well as creating some the missing film graphic files like the etching on the mirrors in the cabins.

Orlando Business Journal Article: "Diagon Alley: The wall came down" June 23 2014 Look closely - that is me assessing the London window facades. I am checking that window dressing are showing enough depth for the window but not revealing the magic of the facades.
